At the 43rd Annual McSam Awards, The Parks at Wilson Creek in Celina was named the “Best On-the-Boards” community, which recognizes the best land plan and amenities for a new master-planned community under construction, but not yet open in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
The McSam Awards, presented by the Dallas Builders Association, recently were held at the Renaissance Hotel in Addison. The awards recognize “maximum creativity in sales and marketing” for the new home industry in the seven-county Dallas area.
